At one time or another, you've likely experienced self-sabotage. This is when you create stories in your head, act impulsively, damage a relationship, or hinder your goals.
In this episode, my guest, PeggySue, returns as we introduce five behaviours of self-sabotage; Rejection, Resentment, Resistance, Revenge, and Repeat.
These behaviours can be a repeating cycle, and you're likely acting on one of these behaviours with someone you know right now!
